Can I return my order?

Our service team and OEM will assess the damage and get back to you Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement as per the discretion of the OEM.

Can I cancel my order?
In case you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 2 hours of the order confirmation.

When will I get the refund? Refund amount for the orders paid online will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund.

When will my purchased products be installed?
The installation of the product(s) is completed within four working days after the delivery depending upon the quantity of the product(s). Our teams try their best to always stick to the installation timelines and delays, if any, are only due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

Will I be notified regarding technician visit for installation?
You will be notified via mobile/what's up once the Godrej Interio technician visit is confirmed.

What if I face any issue with furniture after installation?

What if I receive a Damaged Product?

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within two business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement exchange as per policies of our policy of OEM only if its a manufacturing defect.

Is products are ready for delivery, or if an item is Out of Stock from OEM ?
Godrej Interio manufactures and make every effort to keep all products in stock of GFA (Guarantee For Availability) which can be deliverd in seven working days after commercial receipt of orders.

Other standard range of products will be delivered as per the delivery date confirmed from the OEM.

How do I track the progress of an order?
You can email us at info@designeleganceinterio.in or call us at ___________ to know the estimated time of delivery.

Can I change my Mobile number or Shipping address?
Yes you can, Mobile number or Shipping address can be changed upon specific confirmed request of the original buyer and prior to seven days of the delivery within same city.

Are there any Delivery charges or Installation charges?
Delivery Free for Godrej Interio Products.
Delivery charges are applicable on other OEM Products based upon the product to be delivered.
Please note that the items will be delivered at door step only if service lift permits and has sufficient load bearing capacity for the product ordered. Otherwise the product will be shipped only till the Ground floor of the address provided.

Note : Please check delivery feasibility of heavy security and furniture products like Godrej Defender , Legacy Safes , Sofas etc before placing the Order. If service lift is not provided , a charge as applicable per floor rise will be taken at actual at the time of Delivery. Varai / Mathadi Charges are to be paid by the customers as applicable.

There are no installation charges for most of our products. However there are installation charges extra post shipping on following products : 
  1.  INR 4000 for Middleby Marshall / Perfect Fry Co. / Turbo Chef / Houno range of products. GST extra.
  2. INR 3000 for Pitco / La Cimbali Coffee Machines. GST extra.
​When will my Purchased products be installed?
The installation of the product(s) is completed within one week after the delivery. Our teams try their best to always stick to the installation timelines and delays, if any, are only due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

What if I face any issue with the product after Installation?

What is the Warranty of the Product i Ordered?
The Warranty Period is in line with our Principal OEMs i.e. : Godrej Interio, Godrej Security Solutions, Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems, Middleby Celfrost, Blue Star, Eureka Forbes & Voltas. The Warranty is stated in the Specification Section of the product section. Each Product has different warranty period as set by our Principal OEM. Whatever Product you order, the warranty will be taken care in concurrence with the clauses set by our principal OEM.
Cities and Districts of Maharashtra we Deliver to :
Mumbai City & Suburbs, Palghar District, Thane District, Raigad District, Ratnagiri District. If the order is placed in the remote areas of the above district, an extra Delivery & Installation charges, will be applicable at the time of Delivery based upon the Distance from the nearest Warehouse. Varai / Mathadi Charges
